      It would help if you could state what type of server your running and whether it is attached to any external storage device like a disk array or tape device.

      The first SCSI transport error regarding a timeout, I've seen on A5000 storage arrays and is caused by the machine offlining and onlining repeatedly.

      These errors indicates that the scsi instructions could not reach the target and failued after timeout . scsi controllar card cable and scsi device may have problem. you may find a loose or bad scsi cable at fault so try changing the scsi cable first and then check the scsi device and controllar.
